Watchmaker Krayon has unveiled a new product inspired by Pac-Man, the iconic video game character that captivated arcade-goers (and beyond) in the early 1980s and remains popular today. This exclusive timepiece, the Krayon PAC-MAN Anywhere Limited Edition, carries a price tag of 188,000 Swiss francs (approximately 205,000 euros at current exchange rates) and is limited to just 15 units worldwide.

This is clearly a luxury watch designed for collectors, celebrating the character's 45th anniversary. Crafted by Rémi Maillat and Fei Hou, the model reimagines the renowned 'Anywhere' watch, which is celebrated for its ability to display not only the time but also the length of the day, sunrise, and sunset.
On this special edition, Pac-Man traverses the dial in place of the sun, while decorative elements include mazes, fruits, and ghosts, all instantly recognizable from Namco's classic video game. A unique detail highlights midnight with a blue ghost – signifying it can be "eaten" in game iconography – while dawn is marked by one of the four iconic ghosts: Blinky, Pinky, Inky, or Clyde, with each watch featuring a different character.
From a technical standpoint, this timepiece is a true marvel. It boasts a manual movement, Caliber C030, a 72-hour power reserve, and an impressive 432 components dedicated solely to its day-night indications.
