The establishment of BRAVIA Inc. as a joint venture has been officially confirmed. This new entity is scheduled to become operational in 2027, with the Chinese electronics giant TCL set to hold a controlling stake of 51%. As part of this strategic agreement, TCL will also assume ownership and management of Sony’s manufacturing facilities dedicated to televisions and audio products.
