Lego is set to launch a new series of minifigures inspired by the “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” film, available from September 1st. Like other minifigure collections, this set features 12 distinct characters, sold individually in blind bags for $6 each, or in 6-pack bundles for $30. Walmart has already opened pre-orders for these 6-packs, which are anticipated to be highly sought after. Reflecting the diverse “Spider-Verse” theme, the collection includes some of the more eccentric Spider-Men from across the multiverse, such as Werewolf Spider-Man, Spider-Punk, and Sun-Spider.
While it`s not impossible to receive duplicate minifigures when purchasing these mystery boxes, it`s generally unlikely. However, to collect all 12 unique characters from the “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” series, you`ll probably need to buy more than two boxes, unless you`re exceptionally lucky.
Many of these Spider-Verse minifigures come with unique accessories. For example, Spider-Punk is equipped with an electric guitar; Web-Slinger, also known as Patrick O`Hara, includes a horse figure; and Pavitr Prabhakar`s minifigure is accompanied by a cat figure reminiscent of Bodega Cat from Marvel`s Spider-Man 2. Perhaps most notably, Peter B. Parker`s figure features a baby carrier holding a tiny minifigure of his daughter, Mayday.
Each of the 12 minifigures comes with a display stand for the character and any included accessories.

Over the past year, Lego has launched several impressive minifigure collections, including a popular Dungeons & Dragons set. Unfortunately, that particular set has been discontinued—minifigure collections tend to be retired much faster than regular Lego sets—though a 6-pack of Dungeons & Dragons minifigures can still be found for $37 from third-party sellers. The latest standard Lego minifigure collection, Series 27, is currently available for $26 (originally $30). Earlier this year, Lego also introduced a series of 12 miniature F1 race cars; this collection remains available, with a 6-pack priced at $26 (reduced from $30).
Other Notable Lego Minifigure Collections:

- Lego Dungeons & Dragons Minifigures (6-pack) – $37 (Retired, MSRP was $30)

Collectors of Spider-Man minifigures might also be interested in Lego`s larger, articulated action figures. For instance, the Spider-Man Mech is currently on sale for just $9.49 (down from $15). This mech set includes an Anti-Venom minifigure and various accessories. Amazon has also restocked the classic buildable Spider-Man Construction Figure for $25. This is noteworthy as the 258-piece set was retired last November and has been out of stock for months. These figures can be complemented by the 303-piece Iron Spider-Man Construction Figure, available for $24 (originally $30). Additionally, Amazon offers a great deal on the Green Goblin Lego Construction Figure.
