PlayStation Plus Unveils October 2025 Free Game Lineup

During the recent PlayStation State of Play event held in September, Sony officially unveiled the exciting roster of free titles set to join the PlayStation Plus library for subscribers in October 2025.

The highly anticipated additions for the PlayStation Plus Essentials tier, which will become available on Tuesday, October 7, include the critically acclaimed psychological thriller Alan Wake 2, the notoriously chaotic open-world sandbox adventure Goat Simulator 3, and the innovative and visually stunning puzzle adventure Cocoon.

Adding an extra layer of excitement, Sony also confirmed that The Last of Us Part II Remastered will join the PlayStation Plus Extra catalog even earlier, becoming accessible to members on September 26.
