The Nintendo Switch 2 console bundle featuring Pokemon Legends: Z-A has been restocked on Amazon on its launch day. Priced at $499 on both Amazon and Walmart, this package includes a digital copy of Pokemon Legends: Z-A, valued at $70. The Pokemon console bundle initially appeared on Amazon in mid-September and quickly sold out. Subsequent restocks also vanished rapidly, making this the first time it has been available again in several weeks. Additionally, Amazon is offering the Mario Kart World Switch 2 Bundle for $499 and the standalone console for $449.
Essentially, the Pokemon bundle is taking the place of the original Mario Kart launch bundle. Nintendo has not yet specified an exact end date for the Mario Kart edition, but it was initially presented as a promotional offer available until Fall 2025.
Similar to the Mario Kart bundle, purchasing this Pokemon bundle offers a financial saving compared to buying the $450 console and the $70 game separately. You save $20 with the Pokemon bundle, while the Mario Kart bundle provides a $30 saving due to Mario Kart World`s $80 MSRP.
Unlike Mario Kart World, Pokemon Legends: Z-A is not exclusive to the Switch 2; this open-world adventure can also be played on the original Switch console for $60.
