Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Beta Adds Zombies and New Mode Overload

Introduction

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 multiplayer beta, currently in early access, has received significant new content today: the Zombies mode and a fresh multiplayer mode called Overload.

Zombies Mode

The “Zombies Survival” mode is now available for play on the Vandorn Farm map. If the Zombies mode doesn`t appear upon launching the beta, Activision advises players to restart their game client.

New Overload Mode and Map

The Black Ops 7 beta has also been updated with new multiplayer content, including the map Imprint and the entirely new “Overload” mode.

In Overload, teams compete to possess an “Overload Device.” This 6v6 mode with respawns begins with players rushing to secure the device. Once a team has it, they must protect the carrier as they attempt to deploy the device in a designated zone near the opposing team`s spawn point.

How to Check Your Black Ops 7 Beta Stats

Activision has launched a dedicated stat-tracking website for the Black Ops 7 beta. Players can input their Activision ID on this site or respond to a specific thread on X to view their statistics. The system will display total wins, K/D ratio, total matches played, total kills, and other relevant data.

Beta Schedule and Full Game Release

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 beta will run until October 8th. Currently, access is limited to players who have pre-ordered the game, have Game Pass Ultimate, or obtained a code through other means. The beta will open to all players from October 5th to October 8th. The full game is scheduled for release on November 14th.

Notably, another new FPS title, EA`s Battlefield 6, is set to launch earlier, on October 10th.
