Battlefield 6 Global Release Times and Preload Schedule Revealed

The upcoming release of Battlefield 6 on October 10 is fast approaching. For players eager to know when they can jump into the action, the official launch times for the highly anticipated military shooter have been made public.

Previous announcements confirm that Battlefield 6 will not offer early access, ensuring a simultaneous global launch for all players on October 10. The worldwide rollout is scheduled to commence at 8 AM PT on October 10, which translates to 11 AM ET and 4 PM BST. Additional global launch times are detailed further below.

Furthermore, the preloading schedule has also been announced, allowing players to download the game starting a week prior to its official release.

Battlefield 6 marks Electronic Arts` first significant game launch since the company disclosed its plans for a $55 billion sale to a consortium including Saudi Arabia’s PIF, Jared Kushner’s Affinity Partners, and private equity firm Silver Lake.

This new installment is the first in the Battlefield series since the widely criticized Battlefield 2042 in 2021. Initial impressions for Battlefield 6 appear more favorable; however, industry analysts suggest it might not surpass Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 in terms of sales this year. Nevertheless, EA has engaged in some friendly rivalry, evident in a recent live-action trailer for Battlefield 6 that playfully pokes fun at Call of Duty.
